I was just reading about this and it strikes me, I was always taught that
involuntary reflex would prevent you from holding your breath until you died (or turned blue)
something every parent relies upon in the face of that threat.

But I'm reading about someone suing Tis Tok because their daughter died in this challenge.
Wouldn't you think that there was some other underlying cause?
Or do you think that you can suffocate yourself?

This just goes to show how stupid our children have become. Frist it was gold fish back in my days as a teen. Then it progressed until they were eating Tide Pods and now holding their breath until they die.
