Extra Virgin lovers need all the oil they can get, I suspect. LOL

Now tell me, what's this thread about and maybe I can add to it... or just flirt with you.

Black & White Night? Excellent recording which has been in my collection for years now...of course being both a Roy and kd fan it couldn't not be, and I read apparently Bruce got to be in it just by being in the right place at the right time and asking to be allowed in to take a look and Roy inviting him to jam with them...was a great session. Have you read 'Dark Star' by Ellis Amburn?.....great read and also in my collection.

I had the chance but was too much of a teenage music snob to take it. He was dead soon after and I rued the day I let the chance slip. The closest I got to somebody of his ilk was BoDiddly.

Wish I had but unfortunately, no.

I can't remember how long I have been humming or singing his songs...probably since toddlerhood I imagine. Seems music was a big part of me from that time on to the point of crying over the beauty of it.

His music is so engaging

If you hear and listen how can you not engage- to engage is to hum and sing quitely to one's self and to rejoice when the music is played out loud

Catalina yes the music (any music that engages) enters your psyche and you are part of it and it part of you. Music is powerful in our life!

Big Roy Orbison fan here too. I used to sing along all the time as a kid. Fantastic voice.
