((This thread will take place before the first 3 episodes...it will be revolved around the original 3..which are actually the last three..lol. ))

"Rogue four to base...sector three has been cleared.Returning to base." came the voice over the comlink. The x-wing soared back into the gravity of the planet Endor, the trees below it moved from the breeze stirred up. The stone pillars of the rebel base rose to meet the skyline. Appearing as an abandoned ruin from the surface,it housed the remaining survivors from the lastest Deathstar attack.

Once more the Alliance had prevailed and fought back against the Imperial Forces..but yet once again Darth Vader had slipped through their fingers amidst the battle. The ground below the lowering x-wing began to shift then opened into a vast cavern underground. Settling onto one of the many landing pads it was lowered into the base, the ground closing once more. The hatch of the x-wing opened and the pilot slid out, sliding down the ladders moved against the machine. Feet landed firmly onto the groundas hands lifted to remove the helmet. Handing the helmet to a mechanic the pilot turned and surveyed the area.

The pilot stood 5 foot 6,the piercing green eyes taking in every detail as she moved towards the bay doors. Her hair was pulled up into a loose tail that touched her shoulder, the flame red hair seemed a stark contrast to the dim surroundings she now walked. Her footsteps echoed in the corridor as she heading towards her Commander's quarters. She looked over her shoulder as her co-pilot joined her. "Dayan, I have a bad feeling...something isnt right yet." The female pilot spoke softly, her voice very much different than her apperance.

Dayan looked over at her and nodded, knowing usually when she had these feelings something wasnt right. " Jessa, Ive hardly ever seen you wrong on your hunches, but what can we do about that. Commander Velken must think so too,or he would have had you give your report through teletype not in person."

Jessa Windrunner nodded as she continued to walk through the tunneled halls, her mind wondering what could be so important she was summoned into the Commanders office. She could feel Dayan's unease, but he had only been a fighter for a few months, she had joined the academy when she was old enough and hadnt looked back. Dayan was forced to fight after his world was destroyed by the Empire. She had taken him under her care like the brother she never had. In fact she couldnt recall much about her family...she had been orphaned at a very young age and raised by anyone who had the time.

She stopped before the door and looked once more at Dayan, then pressed the button. The door slid open and she walked into the brightly lit office, the Commander was standing at the side of the desk talking to someone she couldnt see hidden by his body. "Commander Velken...you wished to see us." She spoke firmly as she stood straighter waiting for the Commander to acknowledge them. Her breath caught when he moved from the desk, the man sitting there was a legend. SOmeone she had heard about but never really met before. Before her was the legendary Luke Skywalker, her heart hammered at finally meeting the man himself.

" Captain, let me introduce you to Luke Skywalker. The Commander spoke as he moved over to the center of the room and the command screen. He pushed several buttons and a planetary map appeared before them. "We have received news of another Imperial base on the planet Hoth being built in the ruins of our old base. This cannot be allowed to happen, yet we cannot send a large party in there either." He spoke as he looked at Jessa, the seriousness of the situation evident in his eyes. They had left a lot of materials behind when they fled Hoth and some of that stuff could be used against them if the Empire got ahold of it.

Jessa nodded as she looked at the screen, then back to the Commander, Luke had yet to speak as he sat there watching them. She could feel his eyes on her as if he was tapping deep into her, testing her nerves. She steeled herself and continued to look at the screen. " Commander Velken, most of what we left would no be useless to anyone. The battle was fierce and nothing much was left. What could be so important to go back to Hoth." Jessa asked simply still feeling Luke gazing between her and Dayan.

Commander Velken sighed and moved to stand next to the desk. He seemed to age and look more tired than she could recall. "Captain, there were some items left behind due to inept personnel. Some computer data hidden away in several chambers deep beneath the base. I have assigned you to go with Commander Skywalker, retrieve the data and return to base. The data,if it falls to the Empire could bring the fall of the Alliance." He said as he stepped away and Luke finally moved and spoke.

"You have come highly suggested, your fighting skills along with your computer knowledge. There can not be anymore aware of this due to the seriousness of the assignment. The things you will need to know I will fill you in once we leave at first light." He said turning to look at Dayan. "I will be flying with Captain Windwalker, you will remain here and work with Commander Velken since no others know of this." He said in his calm gentle voice before looking at her once more, she felt as if he knew more than what he was telling, but he had dismissed them with the turning of hi back to them.

She nodded and pulled on Dayan's arm before he could argue with them. She gave him a hard shove s they stood outside of the office. "Don't you dare argue...you know he is right. Plus I will feel better if you stay here."She addd giving him a small smile, then watched him walk off, knowing he would talk to her when he got over being mad. She turned and walked off into the the other direction towards the workout area. She was too keyed up to eat or hang out with the others. Once in the large space area she stripped her flight acket off and cracked her neck. Her upper body was covered with a tanktop as she began her warmup routine.

She had been trained in several forms of hand to hand by the many different people who had raised her. Some had taught her forms of Martial arts like skills while others were just plain street fighting skills. Her breathing filled the room as she lost herself in her drills, her minds closing off to let her body tell it what to do. She seemed to zone out and didnt hear the figure who had approached until she spun around and sent a solid roundhouse kick his direction...

(((Need one male rper to play Luke..it will not be based on hardly anything of the first three movies but more on the last three. The thread will have them going back to Hoth, retreiving the data fighting to get out, then things will go wrong once they et off the planet..being forced down on another world and having to rely on each other..but Luke will have more knowledge of her than she knows..he will know who she really is..what she is. She was the daughter of a jedi and bar maid..so she will have to discover that side of her,but will explain why she could have the uneasy feelings and feel people around her when she couldnt see them...so send me an IM and sample post and we will go from there)))

OOC: Thanks for accepting me. I look forward to writing with you.

IC: Luke walked through the doors of the base and ran a hand through his hair. Commander...commander..where would his office be? He caught the attention of a rebel who started trembling when he realized who he was talking to. Luke sighed. Why does this always happen?

"Could you point me towards the Commander's quarters?" Luke asked.

"Ye- ye- yes, s-s-sir. It's just over there." he mumbled in a stuttering voice and pointed down the hallway at the door there.

Luke thanked the man and started towards the doors, checking that his lightsaber was still on his belt. He felt the reassuring shape on his belt. Good, it was there. He knocked on the door and heard the call from inside. He opened the door and stepped in. It closed behind him and Commander Velken turned to him.

"Commander Skywalker, how good to see you." he greeted.

"Likewise, Commander Velken." Luke replied.

"Please, have a seat. We have an issue back at Hoth."

Luke sat down and listened as the Commander informed him of the data back at Hoth. He also informed him of the crew member he would be reclaiming the data with. One Captain Windwalker. The name sounded familiar, but he couldn't quite place it. There was a knock at the door and Velken called in two rebels, one being the woman who was to accompany him to Hoth. He watched silently as Velken introduced him and moved on to tell them about the problem at hand. Luke stood when the commander finished and spoke.

"You have come highly suggested, your fighting skills along with your computer knowledge. There can not be anymore aware of this due to the seriousness of the assignment. The things you will need to know I will fill you in once we leave at first light." He said. He then turned to look at Dayan. "I will be flying with Captain Windwalker, you will remain here and work with Commander Velken since no others know of this."

Luke turned his back to them and looked at the mission screen. They took it as a dismissal and left, Jessa dragging Dayan with her. Velken spoke.

"You should go and find out a little more and Captain Windwalker. It might serve you well to know your companion a little better in the days to come."

Luke nodded. He had thought much the same. He moved out the door with an informal salute that he earned through his rank, and followed her quietly down the halls to the workout room. He watched her routine for a few minutes before walking up to her. She brought her foot around in a roundhouse kick. Luke grabbed the foot and twisted the leg around, bringing her down on her back to the ground. He leaned over her downed form.

"Hello." he said simply before holding out a hand to help her up.

Jessa felt his presence behind her and spun in a roundhouse kick, but her kick never landed. She found herself flat on her back and the sir whooshed from her lungs. Her eyes looked up at the man over her,his hand extended to help her up. She felt a sharp intake of her breath as she looked up at Commander Skywalker. She reached up and placed her hand into his as she rose to her feet, then she stepped back a few steps from him.

"Commander Skywalker...I didnt know it was you. I'm sorry." Jessa apologised as she silently brated herself for not knowing who it was before she struck out. She could usually sense who it was without looking but this time she had been wrong.

She brushed herself off and pushed her hair back from her face as she watched him. He had an energy around him that she could feel flowing off of him. Something she had felt herself many times before when she was angry or scared. She bent and lifted her jacket from the floor where she had dropped it and slid it back on. Her skin clammy from the sweat on her skin.

"I was just blowing off some steam and thought I was alone. Is there something I can do for you?" She asked as she began to walk towards the bench and then sat down. She placed her blaster belt next to her,a habit she had long done. She never knew when she would need it or how fast.

She could feel him looking at her, almost as if he was looking into her. She shifted on the bench and felt herself growing nervous. The blaster next to her began a small almost unnoticeable tremble as her nervousness rose. She looked down and noticed it and quickly placed her hand on top of it to still it. Finally she was able to look back at him,her eyes meeting his directly.

"Why me?" She came right out and asked him why she had been chosen for this mission. "There are others more qualified than I am..Dayan for one."

She waited for his answer but she would have to wait for the reply when the alarms began to blare and Dayan burst into the room. "Imperial fighters just broke through the shields in Sector 4!" He called out to her as he rushed in already in flight gear.

Jessa looked at Luke once more before jumping up and rushing after her co-pilot. Her hands grabbed her helmet as she passed the door, slamming it down onto her head as she vanished out the door. She raced after Dayan down the corridor to the flight bay and with ease climbed itno the cockpit of her fighter, her fingers flying over the buttons and eyes checking the gauges as she initiated flight sequence.

"Rogue Four to com..clearing for takeoff...flight path received and mapped.Let's get these Imperial scum." Her voice echoed over the radios as she took a deep breath from the force of takeoff. Soon her x-wing and others had burst from the hanger and out into the sky towards the incoming Imperials. SOmething in the back of her head kept egging at her..something didnt feel right about this.
