The batchelor, a Midwestern farmer, plays with 30 women, then has to decide between two beautiful ones in the end. The first, from California, he loves and really wants, but alas, she is a virgin and cannot commit to love at this point in her life and tells him that.
The second gal, from the Midwest also, but the big city, loves him very much and wants to marry him, but he doesn't love her enough to commit.
He states that he gauges a woman in how she stacks up against his beautiful little sister, she has all the traits he is looking for in a woman and a mate. So, he rejects both women, gives the final rose to his sister, they move to West Virginia or Kentucky and live happily ever after.
