The Avatar Thing

Where can I find good avatars at, and how can I get them accepted? I tried to submit a couple of different pics and they were rejected for being too large. I'm still learning to crawl and don't know how to shrink pics down to size yet. Any advice for me out there?

I've attached a link to a thread that was started by Shy Tall Guy. There are many people who have posted to that thread who can help you change the sizing of your picture. Why don't you go to that thread and ask them.

I suggest you find a post by Weird Harold or Outsider (maybe as you're perusing the link Enchanted provided though both of them post on this forum, too) and pm one or both to ask for this help. WH, especially, is always willing to be of assistance to people needing his time and expertise.
