The urinals with pics of women looking on was designed by a design firm owned and staffed by women and I believe the pics are of the women working there. Pretty funny.

It's a clever gimmick. I've used it before, because kids were live linking to pictures of my magic wands, for their hogwarts RP groups on Yahoo. Mine was an advertisement for my site. As a wandmaker, I detest letting Ollivander take credit for my work!

I don't know about your browser, but on mine, the image of the toilets has been replaced with a message in red that reads: "I'd like to announce I'm gay and looking. Please e-mail/pm me. Tell everyone I'm shy."

Not terribly creative or well written.
