I shamefully admit to watching "Blind Date" Sure, it's mindlessly stupid, but I never said I needed much intellectual stimulation.

Now TV has hit rock bottom, lower than whale shit. A show called
"Cheaters" where vengeful spouses or s/o's have their honeys followed and videotaped in all sorts of compromising adulterous positions. Then they are confronted with the evidence on TV, with all the denials and tears, and so on ad nauseum.

I watched the first five minutes, turned off the TV and took a thirty minute shower. I felt so dirty.

Even I have standards.

Since when...

That is bad...a TV show that makes a porn site regular feel dirty!

We have mere weeks people til the "Beast" and the Four Horsemen ride....

The Bengals are 2-0...they beat the Super Bowl winners...I am rounding up blankets and space heaters to send to hell...

And to think I almost offered up a wager over that game. ;)

i will be one of the first to admit i am a tv junkie... i will not watch shows like that (hell, i watch Jerry Springer on occasion just to see the fights).. i stick with The Price is Right, Law & Order (cheesy i know), and the other classics like that...

lets jsut say the crap that's being made today is just that and gives tv a bad name

If you think "Blind Date" is bad, what about the one on after it- "Shipmates"? It's so bad it's funny. What's even worse is that I actually auditioned to be on the show! To be hoenst, though, I just want to on the cruise...

Hey...

What a bout a show centered around a cruise with just Lit members....?

Wanna audition....... anyone?

I get so bored to the point where I watch the Korean channel for their sill game shows among other things. Watching Blind Date and Shipmates is pretty bad too. The Korean channel offers great amusment.

Not much of a TV watcher.

Generally, mine is tuned to The Discovery Channel... or The History Channel. I also like ESPN Classic and Cartoon Network (Bugs!!!) CNN has been a big one recently, too.

I'm completely missing the whole "reality show" phenomenon... I'm sure I'll regret it in my later years! :D
