In this category, please nominate the writer who affected you the most in 2004. Whose stories did you seek out and enjoy? Who made laugh/cry/etc.?

Author must be an active Literotica author who submitted stories during the year 2004.

One nomination per member, please. If multiple nominations are made by a member, only the first listed will count.

Wavyscribe

I'd like to nominate Wavyscribe as one of the most influential writers of the year. Her stories touch the heart and are amazing!

For not only convincingly winning the 2004 Survivor contest, but by proving it is possible to do it by writing stories and poems of the highest quality; and for being a poet's poet, always willing and unafraid to honestly critique his fellow authors, I nominate jthserra.

Colleen Thomas - she not only writes quality erotica, she's very quick to lend a hand to other writers just testing their wings. She's been a tremendous influence on me this year.

Colleen Thomas as well for me. A good person to have on your side when you need a hand with your writing.

This is a very tough call, and I'd like to nominate more than one person. Since I can't, I'll go with the author whose stories have most influenced my own.

I nominate Carsonshepherd.

I nominate Lauren Hynde. She excels at both prose and poetry; her story Plastic Love is, in my opinion, brilliant and innovative as is her poem Berlin - Los Angeles. Her illustrated poem hear my name takes poetry at Lit to another level, sets the bar higher--and reflects what some of the most cutting-edge poetry zines on the web are doing. And she's not just a gifted writer, she's a sweetheart who quietly helps writers here more than most people know. She's influential in many ways--all good. :)

Thesandman

Reading Thesandman's stories, I remain convinced he remains one of several authors on this site worthy of nomination, but for superb constancy in his writing, my nomination goes to him this year. Thesandman

I wish I could nominate more than one but I guess that's all we're supposed to do.

Is it legal to simply second a nomination?

The Sandmans Writing just keeps getting better. Most Influential Writer ? Yes that would be The Sandman with BearLee coming very Close ;)

If you havnt read TheSandman I would strongly suggest you sample.

Wish we could chose at least three.

Velvetpie

I want to nominate Velvetpie. The Wicked Game stories were the best i've ever read on this site.

nomination

While this site has many many talented writers-I would also say that I nominate Thesandman.....best all around writer and poet...

I would like to Nominate Gryffindor for Most Influential writer his work is truly amazing and all his stories everyone can relate to one way or another. he trully is a wonderful and very talented writer

most influential writer of 2004

i would also like to nominate brightlyiburn. I love her work. Her stories are the first i look for when i get on the internet.

DR_MABEUSE is the author who I would like to nominate as most Influential Writer on the site.

His work consistently exceeds all the criterion for eroticism and literary quality. He is an exciting writer to read because not only does he encompass the essence of raw sexuality and eroticism in his work but he is also an innovative and original storyteller.

In addition, he is very generous in providing constructive and valuable feedback as well as encouragement to other writers. He is definitely the author on Literotica who I believe has influenced and inspired me the most, both as a reader and a writer.
