In this category, please nominate the writer who affected you the most in 2003. Whose stories did you seek out and enjoy? Who made laugh/cry/etc.?

Author must be an active Literotica author who submitted stories during the year 2003.

One nomination per member, please.

I can't believe I beat everyone to the punch on this one.

I nominate thesandman.

Well, it takes me several days to read one...lol, but I'll continue by also nominating Thesandman.

I have thought about this a lot before posting. I would like to nominate dr_mabeuse.

I haven't read a lot of his works, but I don't think any author on the site gives so freely of his time and experience to new writers. His feedback on stories in the feedback forum is always incisive and usually provides a lot of helpful suggestions. His own works may not be that influential, but if you read his comments and then look at the works of so many other writers you can see his influence on practically every category.

I was about to jump on the bandwagon nominating Colleen Thomas, but then I reached her nomination. I must agree. I also nominate dr_mabeuse.

Colleen Thomas

After reading so many stories, I still have to say hands down Colleen Thomas is the most influential writer I have come across. She has consistantly put down some of the most incredible stories I have ever read. She's crossed all gendra's and each time had a sexy, and incredibly tasteful story when done. I tip my hat and grovel at ther sexy feet.
Lynne:rolleyes:

Colleen Thomas inspited me start to write my own stories. How much more influental than that can you get?

Author of the year

It's not fair to ask anyone to nominate just one . You should seperate it at least into most or best female and most or best male at least then we could do two:D

SO okay the world isn't fair Dr. Mabeuse,Killermuffin, and The Sandman, I adore you but the stories I go to first, last and everytime I am here are Master Vassago's. He has outdone himself this year. I feel his depth of perception is usually wonderful in his characters and his stories always leave you wondering how they will end you can never be sure. Good Job Master "V":rose:

I'd like to vote for Sweetnpetite

I am so touched!

It's an honor just to be nominated! (sob) I was literally speachless for about three minutes

I don't know whether to nominate Colleen, Perdita or second my own nomination.

Well, I'm pulling for Colly, but I haven't seen 'dita up here yet.

So.....

Perdita.

I think D. M and Perdita provide a ballancing force on lit. yin and yang or something like that:)

I should add a little more about the person that I nominated and why. In adition to being the counterballance to the wonderful Dr. Mab, Perdita is a smart, funny and ballsy woman. She speaks her mind, she sticks up for people, she's encouraging, she's not afraid to be vulverable and discuss personal difficulties, she seems sexy and at the same time so very real and her stories are great on the obvious level, but have these wonderful layers and are interwoven with spirituality, mysticism, and emotion. [She is brains, heart and labido rolled into one] She also has a great av (I like the one with her wearing her glasses) and is one of the handful of lit-ers that I would most enjoy meeting or speaking to in real life.

Gee, I guess you could say she's had an influence on me! I'm sure she's been very influential to many others here as well.

Good luck to all.

Thesandman is the only person qualified to win this award.
Comparing Thesandman to others is like comparing
D. H. Lawrence to Anonymous.

I add Thesandman as my favorite...but only because my honey isn't up here...lol
