It is cold and rainy here

Same. It started this morning. . I don’t mind the cold but wet with cold is a chill to the bones.

Ppl are so selfish and in a hurry these days, it seems. I almost got hit yesterday as a car just blew through their red light. I had a green left turn arrow and would have been hit had I not hesitated just a bit. The po-po was in the lane next to me. I didn't see if he u-turned to get the jerk. One can only hope!

Impatient and rude are the adjectives I think best for these drivers. Yesterday was incident free. Today it’s rainy so I drive extra cautious. But the crazy drivers come out during the first snow. I am not looking forward to it.

I have a whole lot of my chicken stock in the freezer. I'll be making more soups and stews this fall and winter.

Already made a vegetable bean and barley soup. I never freeze it is gone so quickly

Good morning Wat and OM. We are indeed early risers. It’s cold and wet so the chill went to the bones. This is never my favorite weather. I must be getting old.

My plans- coffee first, be with my daughter and grand son for some time, and then pickup my granddaughter.
