I reckon that stranger things have happened. The guys I talked to - there were 3 of them - told Body Shop Headhuntress that I was/am "just what they were/are looking for." Light the josh that I can stay fired up for the balance of my time there.

I do a wonderful garlic cabbage with onions and zucchini loosely wrapped in foil and smoked on the grill. That better?

I have a very limited and challenging diet b/c of several food sensitivities. Honestly, my protein smoothies and Peanut Butter Protein Balls, plus a few fruits are my most tolerated foods. Oh - and sashimi. But I'll need to win the lottery to afford that every day.

I like all the ingredients in that dish - especially garlic and cabbage. But they're all hit/miss these days.

No the noodles. When you roast cabbage it takes on the texture of all dented noodles... serve with your recipe for spaghetti sauce ala "gravy" and its pretty delicious

I live cabbage. I also steam cut up cabbage and then pour cream over it when done with plenty of salt and fresh black pepper....it is yum

Good morning all. Still fighting this bug, but I’m back to work. Two days with a fever, a trip to the ER and all I got was some Tylenol and some nausea meds. I don’t seem to have all my energy back so I’ll be laying low for the weekend. Hope everyone has a great weekend, be safe out there.

Sorry to hear that BSK. Take it easy, go slow… sucks you had to go to the ER.
