It was publicly arranged in January. Paul Ryan is full of shit if he say's he didn't know about it. Because of sanctions, Iran has basically no banking system to do international money transfers. With interest, it could be argued we owe Iran 10 billion.

If the GOP doesn't block the Boeing sales we'll get that money back. If the Republicans block the deal then Boeing gets fucked.
