• conversating (God I hate this one! It makes my skin crawl when I hear it.)
• Herted (as in "Hey man why did you hit me? That hurted!")

What brought this on? I heard one of these offending words on a T.V. program I was just watching. The girl didn't say it just once or even twice. She must have said it at least 5 times in the time frame of a minute... Argh!
Ok so here's my question....
