I'll start with an original that I believe I've posted in years past on similar threads. It's on Il Divo's Christmas album, although it is not technically a Christmas song. It is, nonetheless, a work of art.

Thanks for your post! This song has an interesting history. The tune is actually from an opera called Sir John In Love. Someone came along and wrote Christmas lyrics to go with the tune.
