‘The time has come’: Melania Trump tells husband to accept defeat, report says

First Lady Melania Trump is the latest person in President Donald Trump’s orbit to encourage him to accept the reality of defeat in the 2020 presidential election.

A source close to the first lady confirmed that she has advised Trump to give up the fight, according to CNN correspondent Shimon Prokupecz.

“First Lady Melania Trump has joined the growing chorus of President Trump’s inner circle advising him the time has come for him to accept the loss, a source familiar with the conversations tells CNN,” Prokupecz revealed on Twitter.

The First Lady was also said to be contemplating a divorce after Trump leaves office.

Trump World clings to conspiracy theory from ‘hoax artist’ that secret supercomputer changed votes

Supporters of President Donald Trump have discovered a new conspiracy theory they are grabbing onto as a means of justifying why they think the 2020 election was “rigged.”

The Daily Beast reported Sunday that a “deep-state supercomputer named ‘Hammer’ and a computer program named ‘Scorecard’ were used to change the ballot count”

According to the scheme, a former intelligence contractor (and self-proclaimed whistleblower) named Dennis Montgomery said that the computer and program were used to change votes.

“He’s a genius, and he loves America,” said birther movement leader Thomas McInerney, during Bannon’s podcast. “He’s the programmer that made all this happen, and he’s on our side.”

In 2013 he resurfaced as a friend of disgraced former Sheriff Joe Arpaio. He told Arpaio that his computer program “Hammer” could prove that a federal judge was colluding against him with former President Barack Obama’s Justice Department. Montgomery was last heard of when he was facing charges from Nevada for writing bad checks to casinos totaling about $1.8 million.

It’s been two days since President-elect Joe Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 election — and President Donald Trump has reportedly been coping by downing large amounts of fast food.

The British Daily Mail tabloid reports that the atmosphere in the White House has grown incredibly toxic as the president and his inner circle remain in denial about his defeat at Biden’s hands.

In particular, the tabloid says that Trump will consider Biden a “phony” president and will boycott his inauguration in January, despite the fact that defeated 2016 rival Hillary Clinton nonetheless attended Trump’s inauguration four years ago.

Some observers diminished the significance Trump’s attempts to attack the legitimacy of the election and throw its results into doubt as a mere emotional outburst, and they claimed that those Republicans who offered support for the disinformation campaign were simply mollifying him. For these people, Trump allegations of voter fraud and rigged elections were nothing more than his previous attempts to cry foul when he didn’t get the results he wanted, only to move on. On Monday, The New York Times reported that senior officials at multiple law firms representing President Donald Trump’s campaign in their lawsuits against the election counts are increasingly uncomfortable with their legal teams being used to advance arguments to undermine the legitimacy of the vote.

“Some senior lawyers at Jones Day, one of the country’s largest law firms, are worried that it is advancing arguments that lack evidence and may be helping Mr. Trump and his allies undermine the integrity of American elections, according to interviews with nine partners and associates, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to protect their jobs,” reported Jessica Silver-Greenberg, Rachel Abrams, and David Enrich. “At another large firm, Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, based in Columbus, Ohio, lawyers have held internal meetings to voice similar concerns about their firm’s election-related work for Mr. Trump and the Republican Party, according to people at the firm. At least one lawyer quit in protest.”

Trump supporter attacks elderly couple with golf club because their political sign made him angry

A self-described Trump supporter used a golf club to assault an elderly couple who sat beside political sign in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, the Twin Cities Pioneer Press reported.

Mark Anthony Ulsaker, 50, was charged with one count of second-degree assault, one count of fourth-degree assault of a peace officer and one count of threats of violence, according to a criminal complaint.
