There is simply no way to explain or believe a 97% reduction in the incidence of the flu. Certainly you would expect some reduction, but not a nearly complete eradication.

I know once people were aware of how my ex wife spreads there was a 100% drop in my marriage.

Along with Flu shots I am not really surprised.

To get a good foot hold the flu requires people to be careless or in most cases act normal.

My wife and I had our COVID-19 vaccine shots about two weeks ago and she had the flu shot before last flu season. Lockdown in our part of the world has probably contributed to the reduction cited, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say that our population understands how viruses spreads.
