You cannot yell 'Fire' in a crowded theater.

According to Nancy Peloski, the US Constitution does not specifically state you cannot cry "Wolf!" in a crowded theater.

We have the dumbest representatives.

You have the right to yell "fire" in a crowded theater if there is a fire in it.

Crying "wolf" means something else.

It's not the speech (the word) which is banned, but the consequences. Yelling ''Fire!'' in a crowded theater when there's no fire, will cause panic and even injuries. You are held accountable for this. Same applies to calling for the killing of some group of people you don't like.
