Trump Demanded Anti-Opioids Scare Campaign: ‘We Need People Dying In A Ditch'

Starting off the week we see Felonious trying to divert the Nation from the Roger Stone indictment, his total destruction in his face off with Nancy Pelosi and his general incompetence.

“We need people dying in a ditch. I want bodies stacked on top of bodies,” Trump told White House counselor Kellyanne Conway last January, according to a new book by former White House staffer Cliff Sims which was obtained by Politico. “Do it like they did with cigarettes. They had body bags piled all over the streets and ugly people with giant holes in their faces and necks.”

Trump was reportedly less impressed with a plan to launch a website where people could post about their personal experiences with the opioid crisis.

Trumpski falls back on his main argument, "FEAR is a Great Motivator!"

White House aides ridiculed as ‘zombies’ for mindlessly applauding while Trump caved to Pelosi in Rose Garden speech

In a biting column for the Daily Beast, journalist Michael Tomasky marveled at White House staffers who stood and clapped like trained seals on Friday as President Donald Trump caved to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) without getting a penny for his border wall.

“This wasn’t fun,” Tomasky conceded, noting the human toll. “It was funny, watching Trump trying to persuade America that this wasn’t a colossal failure for which he alone was responsible. But it wasn’t fun. Not for the people affected. This shutdown will go down as one of the most shockingly incompetent episodes in the entire history of the American presidency. Of this there is no doubt.”

Conservatives find Doddard Distressing

Conservative CNN host Slams ’empty suit’ Trump for shutdown debacle: ‘Cave cave cavey cave cave’

On Saturday, conservative CNN host S.E. Cupp opened with a scathing takedown of President Donald Trump’s leadership during the shutdown debacle that followed his demand that American taxpayers pay for the wall he promised voters Mexico would pay for in the 2016 campaign.

“Cave, cave, cavey cave, cave,” Cupp said. “That’s right, the dreaded c-word so many Republicans had come to fear. The president caved after 35 days of a partial government shutdown that proved to be all pain and no gain for Trump and indeed the country.”

Trump needs to figure out how to govern, Cupp said, and has shown no signs of doing so up to now.

What a Deal! Trumpski caves to a WOMAN! :)

It's Silly Sunday so, let's see how the Rethugs explain Tuumpski's caving to his Mom, Nancy Pelosi.

He didn’t shut it down’: Republican leader claims Trump never shut down government and gets crushed by Chuck Todd

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) claimed on Sunday that President Donald Trump never shut down the government, even though the president took responsibility for the recent shutdown.

During an interview on Meet the Press, McCarthy suggested that it has been Senate Minority Leader (D-NY) who shut down the government because he refused to support Republican bills to fund Trump’s border wall.

CNN conservative hilariously nails ‘2-year-old brat’ Trump for being schooled by ‘mom’ Nancy Pelios

“But he, you know, he underestimated her, and she proved that a mom knows how to handle a 2-year-old brat, and that’s the way the president acted,” she offered to laughter from the panel.

Democratic strategist Paul Begala jumped in to lavish sarcastic praise on Trump, quipping, “He united progressives, he alienated moderates, and he betrayed conservatives — that’s a trifecta. It’s very hard in America to do all three at the same time, so I congratulate the president.”

“He also empowered Pelosi,” Tapper suggested.

Roger Stone floats possibility of cooperating with special counsel Robert Mueller

On today’s episode of This Week with George Stephanopoulos, guest Roger Stone seemed to signal an interest in cooperating with the Special Counsel.

“You know, that’s a question I would have to –- I have to determine after my attorneys have some discussion,” said Stone in response to host Stephanopoulos asking if he would cooperate with Robert Mueller.

Stone is slowly flipping, another week and he'll be upside down.:)

Trump warned to stop letting ‘right-wing whack-a-doodles’ run the White House by ex-GOP senator

Former New York U.S. Senator Alfonse D’Amato (R) urged President Donald Trump to stop being influenced by right-wing extremists and keep the government open even after his three-week negotiation period with the Democrats ends.

He added, “Don’t let right-wing whack-a-doodles run the place — they’re out of their mind.”

The White House is not the place for whacking your doddle, Stephen!

Trump realizes even Fox News has given up on his border wall

President Donald Trump has slowly come to realize his border wall probably isn’t happening.

First, Trump compromised his belief that the wall should be a tall, concrete structure. He ultimately agreed it could be steel slats or a fence of some kind. When he agreed to stop the shutdown after over a month, it became clear he was giving in once more. Those on the far-right went on the attack, calling him a “wimp.”

To make matters worse, Politico reported Friday that sources heard Trump say “Nancy is never going to give me what I want.” But Sunday, the president came to learn that Fox News hosts and commentators weren’t following his false narrative that he somehow “won” the negotiation.

Spelunking is HARD!, folks, ask Dipshit Donald Dick:D:D

Partial US government shutdown cost economy $3 billion: budget office

Ann Coulter flattens Newt Gingrich for Trump flattery after shutdown disaster: ‘At least I don’t have to kiss his ass!

“Newt’s right — I’m just selling books,” Coulter wrote. “But at least I don’t have to kiss Trump’s ass to do so. RIDDLE OF THE DAY: How do you break Newt Gingrich’s nose? (ANSWER: Kick Donald Trump in the ass.)”

Trump’s humiliating shutdown defeat has left him with these limited options

Here’s the money quote from Marsh’s op-ed:

At the end of the movie, after Dorothy reveals the Wizard of Oz is a fraud, he waves goodbye to her as she returns home without any help from him. Dorothy used her own power to stand up to the Wizard of Oz, to help those around her, and to control her destiny. And when she is reunited with her loved ones Dorothy proclaims “There’s no place like home.”

The more Congress and Americans stand up to Trump the more America will look like home again.

The Spelunker could reach Full Santorum soon.:D

In a Wall Street Journal interview published Sunday, Trump hit back at Ann Coulter, a conservative author whose threats about the defection of the president’s base were credited with pushing him to his once-uncompromising stance. When he backed down on Friday, she called him a “wimp."

“I hear she’s become very hostile,” Trump told the Journal. “Maybe I didn’t return her phone call or something.”
At least Trump didn't suggest that she was bleeding out of her whatever.

Roger Stone Indicted as Trump Caves on Shutdown: A Closer Look

Seth takes a closer look at President Trump caving on the signature promise of his campaign and one of his closest advisers getting indicted in the Russia investigation.

Classic Recap of the Stone and the Spelunker's week so far. You're Welcome.:D:D:D

Cohen’s testimony is delayed.
The SOTU address is delayed.
Manafort’s trial is delayed.
We know what that means for Trump.
Time to golf!

Manafort's sentencing, not his trial, has been delayed. With the new charges of lying, the judge could add ten years to the sentence.

This is a good one:

Chris Christie laughed in Trump’s face after president said Mueller’s probe would end with Flynn

According to an interview with former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, President Donald Trump never thought the probe would reach this far. In fact, Christie told ABC’s Good Morning America, Trump and Kushner thought that firing Gen. Michael Flynn would put an end to the investigation.

“He said, you know, Flynn’s the only guy who spoke to the Russians apparently, so I think this is going to end it — and I just laughed,” Christie told ABC.

“Mr. President, it’s unfortunate that I have to tell you this, but having done this myself for a living — we’re going to be talking about this on Valentines Day, February ‘18,” Christie told ABC.

“And they laughed out loud, and Jared told me I was crazy,” added Christie. “But they had no experience in government and no experience at this and what I was trying to do was help them and say, listen you guys need to get ready for a war,” Christie said.

Who's laughing now, eh?:D

Not Christie, I don't think. He's tried like hell to get a job with the administration and it isn't happening as long as Kushner's there.

I doubt Prince Jarad is laughing now that it looks like Muller is looking at him for general rat fuckery. The loose lips of the Beltway says he and Jr. are next in Muller's barrel.:)

Bouncing Baby Adoptions my ass!:D

Russians are leaking Trump scandals to remind the US president they have leverage over him: MSNBC pan

“Just a few weeks after the revelation that the president of the United States was suspected by his own government of working on Russia’s behalf, we’re learning tonight about yet another undisclosed exchange the president had with Vladimir Putin,” Hayes explained. “It was attended by no American interpreters, just Putin and Putin’s own interpreter.”

“As we’ve noted before, this is wildly out of step with the usual protocol and if you were so disposed, you might conclude this is how the president meets with his handler,” he explained.

Maybe the Russians aren't his friends?

Yep, this is the way it works in espionage and you are running a high-placed asset.

Senior intel officials say it’s impossible to convince Trump he’s wrong about anything: NBC reporter

Senior intelligence officials have told NBC News national security reporter Ken Dilanian that they have all but given up on trying to correct President Donald Trump’s belief in misinformation.

According to Dilanian, these officials say “it’s extremely difficult to convince Trump he is wrong about something, no matter how much evidence they can put in front of him.” The NBC report then adds that Trump “believes what he believes.”

Trump, for his part, fired back at his own intelligence agencies on Wednesday morning and said that they were “extremely passive and naive when it comes to the dangers of Iran.”

“They are wrong!” the president added.

Resist, Impeach, Convict!

LET'S HAVE A (PROXY) WAR!

Donald Trump has wanted to invade Venezuela since forever. He explicitly threatened to send in US troops in August 2017, and a month later he huddled up with the leaders of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Panama to magnanimously offer the United States' services, saying, "Rex [Tillerson] tells me you don't want me to use the military option in Venezuela. [...] Is that right? Are you sure?" Strangely Latin American leaders declined the generous offer of a US-sponsored coup on their doorsteps.

So, this is all going GREAT. Anyway, don't worry, because we have the finest diplomatic hands on duty in the White House. Little Marco and the National Security Mustache are on the case!

(Yeah, we're fucked.)

EXXON Leads the way!

Trump busted for shipping radioactive waste to a state he lost in the 2016 election

The Trump administration was caught shipping radioactive waste to Nevada — in spite of the state’s insistent opposition to becoming a toxic waste dumping ground.

The Nevada Independent reported Wednesday that Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak said he is “beyond outraged” after the National Nuclear Security Administration admitted in court to sending half a metric ton of “weapons-usable plutonium” to the Sagebrush State.

“I am beyond outraged by this completely unacceptable deception from the U.S. Department of Energy,” the governor wrote in a statement. “The Department led the State of Nevada to believe that they were engaging in good-faith negotiations with us regarding a potential shipment of weapons-grade plutonium, only to reveal that those negotiations were a sham all along.”

“The transfer was done after a U.S. District Court in South Carolina ordered the material be removed from that state,” the Independent report noted.

“They lied to the State of Nevada, misled a federal court, and jeopardized the safety of Nevada’s families and environment,” Sisolak said. “My administration is working with our federal delegation, and we will use the full force of every legal tool available to fight back against the federal government’s reckless disregard for the safety of our state.”

‘The brainwashing is working’: Lawrence O’Donnell slams NYT for false reporting that was ‘a total victory for Donald Trump’

MSNBC anchor Lawrence O’Donnell dissected President Donald Trump’s escalating battle with United States intelligence agencies during “The Last Word” on Wednesday.

The host came to two major conclusions: that even The New York Times has failed in covering Trump and that directors of the CIA, FBI and NSA are only remaining in their jobs because they believe they have a duty to protect the American people from the commander-in-chief.

“No previous president has ever publicly attacked all of the heads of America’s intelligence-gathering agencies and all of the people working in those agencies,” O’Donnell reported. “That is what Donald Trump did today.”

“Donald Trump is now telling us that the people he appointed — he appointed — he put in charge of intelligence gathering for the defense of the United States of America should go back to school,” O’Donnell explained. “He’s telling us his choices for those jobs are incompetent.”

“Donald Trump is telling his followers that after two full years of the Trump presidency, the intelligence community as run by Donald Trump’s appointees is a complete failure,” he noted. “It is Donald Trump’s latest insult to the intelligence of his followers and his latest insult to the people he has appointed.”

“The only reason for the director of National Intelligence or the director of the CIA or the director of the FBI or the director of the National Security Agency to stay in their jobs after being publicly insulted by the president of the United States today is that they all recognize that the unstated threat to this country that did not appear in their written report is actually the president of the United States himself,” O’Donnell argued.

“And they are staying in those jobs to defend this country against the threat of the Donald Trump presidency,” he concluded.

Twist the knife, a bit more, Lawrence!
