i like how it's a twist on entrapment. it's also similar to my failed thread about the art theives. well, here's a mail jewel thief.

training in hacking, acrobatics, hapkido, and swiming.
he's stealthy but was caught once. he never gave up the location and due to lack of evidence, could only get him on breaking and entering.
he's currently devising a new plan. after recovering the gem he stole prior to his jail time, he sold it in order to pay for the equipment he'll need for his upcoming plan.
