Yup, I'm that giddy. No sleep will do that.

"Oh the crack was ninety in the Isle of Man!!!"

Ok, but if you start singing "the Green Fields of France" Im gonna go crawl into a corner and get drunk and weep.

Or you could get drunk and dance with me.

You do those jigs? You know, with the crossed swords on the ground and the sexy knee socks? Knees flipping up the heavy wool plaid skirt?

So,

are you all going to do that 'Lord of the Dance" thingy?

If you're dancing, you can pick the music. If I'm drinking, I may not notice anyway.

How about some rebel songs...

Down by the Glenside

O'Donnell Abu

The Croppy Boy

The Patriot Game

The Irish...

"The people the Gods made mad
For all their wars are merry
And all their songs are sad"

My head hits the pillow to Tricky's Maxinquaye nightly. For the last two weeks solid anyway. While I have been running ragged and getting far less sleep than needed my times of shut-eye have been deep and refreshing.

For simple loopiness brought on by repeated bouts of insomnia i suggest some Peaches, Jad and David Fair, or .....

zzzzzzzzzzzz

sunstruck fell in her pint. She'll be back in the morning with an aching head and blisters on her heels!

Show your wife how you won medals down in Flanders....

Tell them how the IRA made you run like hell away
From the green and lovely lanes in Killeshandra.

There's a great Irish bar around the corner from where I used to live. They had a great jukebox with lots of songs by the Wolfetones.

Last St. Patrick's Day I made a CD of Irish songs for my students to listen to. They loved "What Do You Do With a Drunken Sailor" and "The Unicorn". :)

I sing for them for free- heh heh.

Once...just once...you will flirt back.

I'll be struck so speechless I'll probably log off for a week.

A few people might pay you a great deal of money to get that effect, minx.
