There were a few times in the past when FitDaddy and I would co-host the annual Lit Thanksgiving party... I miss those events. He was fun to post with and I miss him being around.

This year is different. I want to tell you what I'm grateful for, and I want to know what you are grateful for this past year. What has blessed you? What good things have come your way?
And, please, no political comments unless you were elected, okay?
This thread is meant to bring us together, not be divisive.

This year was a very hard year for me. Even now, I am wiping my eyes. I lost my little brother in March. That's two brothers now. I'm thankful for all the friends who were there for me, for all the Litsters who messaged whether or not they knew me personally. But, most of all for my Bear - Bigcoat - who was a tremendous help with encouraging messages daily, sometimes hourly. Thank you for that, Bear.

I'm thankful my children are healthy, safe, and warm. That my parents are still around to make me roll my eyes, that my family is doing well.

I'm thankful for the Lit friends who are more friends than Lit these days. You know who you are. Without you, I wouldn't have made it through this year, or the year before that, or the year...you know what I mean.

One very important person I'm thankful for is Just_e.

E, you have been my rock and my safe harbor, my friend, my soulmate. For more than a year, you've shared yourself and your life with me daily, and become an important part of mine. I love making you smile. I love being your friend. Forever friends. ā™”

Okay, Litsters... what are you thankful for?

Thankful

This has been a big year for me too. I decided to sell my house and move back to the west coast. Finding out who my true friends are.
I'm thankful for my cousin who welcomed me to stay with her as long as I needed. Also for watching my dogs when I travel.
I'm thankful my dad seems to be getting better and has some good news to look forward to medically very soon.
Im thankful for the roadtrip with many stops this past summer, a cruise to the caymens, Roatan Island in Honduras, Belize and Cozumel. For my Greece trip where I got to see ancient ruins and discuss history and mythology as well as meet a great group of people. I'm doing my best to live my dream and I'm so grateful for the opportunities past and ahead for me.
I'm thankful for the friendships that I hold dear in RL and those who I initially met on lit.

I'm thankful I can still talk and be friends with an ex. He's still a super guy after all these years.

Woo hoo! Today's the day!

I'm thankful for so many things, but I have to say that many of you make me smile and laugh at posts and it improves my day, and that is something I will always be thankful for.

Happy Thanksgiving chica.

Enjoy some Turkey and adult beverages for me

Congratulations on your adventures, Curvy. And happy turkey day to all

I guess I'm grateful to all the ungrateful colonisers that I call friends. I forgive you all ;)

I'm thankful I'm getting to spend Thanksgiving with my dad for the first time in several years.

So many Thanksgiving threads!

I’m thankful. And I’ll leave it at that.

I'm grateful to still have my mother here despite all her medical issues, and grateful for an incredible boyfriend and best friend who have supported me no matter what

Those are great things! Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm thankful for the love and acceptance that I've received here. I'm thankful to have made a few friends. I'm thankful that no one holds my occasional descents into weirdness against me. :rose:

I am thankful for you and all the wonderful posts you make. You have an amazing heart, my friend. :rose:

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I’ve only celebrated this date once, when I had an American girlfriend years ago, but I hope you’re all having a wonderful day! Personally, I’m thankful for my wonderful family and friends, including my Lit friends!

Happy Thanksgiving American, folk. I hope your turkey dinner and NFL are all enjoyable.

This year has been an annus anus. Fucking horrible.

But I have met some amazing people, on here and in the big wide world. One person, especially. She knows who she is

I'm thankful for that. I'm thankful that what I have going on now isn't any worse. And I am thankful for my dog. Silly? Maybe. Annoying, without doubt. But earlier, when I was having an emotional moment she dropped the squeaky toy she had been torturing my ears with, jumped on the sofa next to me and leaned against me, her head on my arm and her paw on my thigh as if to say "come on. it'll be ok".

I can even cope with you being a Celtic fan.

Promise? ;)

I hope you've had a wonderful day, and that your Friday is filled with smiles.

If you so desire the naughty list, then prepare your ass, errr I mean yourself for it!

Fulfilling a lifelong bucket list tomorrow and seeing one of my favourite singers in concert ;)

I am thankful for the chance this year has given me to grow. I have had two cars go out, an entire part of my house collapse, relationship problems, work problems, family problems, and mental issues this year. To top it off I got an eviction notice and had to scramble to relocate my life and give up on most of a decade of life planning and working on the house I wanted to live in for the rest of my time. But life does that sometimes, it knocks you down, kicks you, and spits on your wounds to let you know how bad it can be. But learning to get up, take your licks, and wrench a happy ending out of life is what makes us strong and being strong is what allows us to search for happiness in this life.

I am thankful for Lit. It can be a painful place and can make you question a lot about yourself. But over my years here, under this and other names. I have loved the stories, to sharing, and the connections that I have gained here. The faces and names change, the topics evolve but the forums have their own life and it is a welcome reprieve from the world around us.

I can honestly say that I love you guys and gals, the conversation has been good, the drinks strong, and the orgasms all the much better because of Y'all.

So if your face is being stuffed, rode, or full of turkey enjoy your thanksgiving!!!

I'm thankful for finding Lit, and meeting some very interesting people.

I'm thankful for finding out that I'm not the only one who's kinky.

I'm thankful I had my Thanksgiving six weeks ago, because the roads were crappy here yesterday, and I wouldn't have wanted to try to get to my Mom's in that!

Happy Thanksgiving from the Great White North!
