Thanks for the Oughts

Hi Everyone, it's Christmas Eve here in New Zealand. Summer holidays are here... my kids are on holiday from school for the next 5 weeks, my man has three weeks holidays and I have 5 weeks holiday too.

I just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and thank everyone for their freindship over the last few weeks You are all a great bunch of relaxed people who deserve a round of aplause... *claps hands*

Here is a poem I wrote last Christmas that I sent to my friends...

If the world was a deep ocean,
and in it you had to swim.
I would be your life buoy,
placing a smile upon your chin.

I would hold back strong tides,
put stars in your sky.
Make warm friendly breezes,
to sing you lullabies.

But most of all my friend,
I would bring to you.
Inner peace and serenity,
to live your whole life through.

Thanks SweetCherry I wish you could be here to spend some of the summer weather with us. Our kids could play on the beach while you and Draco frollicked in the surf

I may not be there physically, but my heart is right there. The phone call I'll make at 2am Christmas morning my time will help.

Tho nothing will ever take the place of curling up next to the tree and watching the lights sparkle in each other's eyes.
