The thing you neglect to mention about this story is that it isn't about gender so much as race. In the story ran by Gothamist, PROP observed that 94% of the people cited for so-called "manspreading" were minorities. 89% of those charged had charges dismissed by a judge.

This looks more like the NYPD quotas and inherent discrimination than any feminist agenda.
