I just wanted to take the time, as an author, to thank EVERYONE who has posted feedback on this board, or sent a letter of criticism or encouragement to an author.

I can only speak for myself when I say that it makes it a whole lot easier to write when I get input from readers on what they liked and what they didn't like about a story.

I have had the opportunity to refine my style based on the comments, and thanks to your input, I've grown more adventurous with my story content.

I understand that everyone won't like every story; I think we all do. And to be perfectly honest, it drives me crazy; but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Some of the more critical feedback has kept my stories from bordering on the ridiculous, and on rare occasions, I have even gone back and revised a story.

So again, I just wanted to let you know, as an author, that I do read the emails and the postings, and I appreciate them.

I agree. I wouldn't have written my second series without the enthusiasm I got from the Readers after my first, and I was very much encouraged to present as literate and well constructed story as I could because of all the intelligent, helpfull comments I received.

So, thanks from me, too, for all the continued feedback.

dare i show my face around the likes of bob peale and dixon carter lee? *s* if there's one similarity, it's my thanks as well to everyone that responds to the stories, good or bad. i've been inspired, disgusted, titillated, annoyed, and flattered by the feedback i've gotten..thanks again!
