It took me a little over 44 months, but here I am at 25,000 posts. I think I'm the last old timer in the top 10 list of posters, and finally I should be down to the 11th spot or lower soon. :)

I haven't done a milestone thread in a long time, although there have been many milestones for me here at Lit. This one is very special to me though. It comes at a time in my life when so much is going on for me, both bad and good. For today, I choose to dwell only on the good.

Thank you, Laurel and Manu. Without you and Lit, I never would have found the man who is about to be my husband- patient1. He believes we were meant to be together and would have found each other somehow eventually in any case, but I know that Lit was the important link that brought us together. Finally!

I love you, patient1, with all my heart.

Congrats Chey, I'm C&Ping It Now!

If you break up, will you blame them?

Wow! That's a 25,000th post if I've ever read one. You had to make an impact, didn't you? :)

What a wonderful life you can make together!!

Congradulations on the milestone! And Congradulations on finding THE ONE.

(Trying to get her to post 25001 by my misspelling, ;) )

Are you gonna retire the "Cheyenne" nick now?

Congrats.

And no, Lance, she'll blame the dog.

Congrats to you and P1 once again. May you two have a long and happy life together.

Nope. I'm keeping my own name, just adding "Mrs." in front of it. Oh, wait. You weren't asking about real life. :D

And it WOULD be the dog's fault! She is a jealous one, you know. I'm sure she'd love to break us up. Except I feed her a lot of treats so...

Shouldn't an engagement announcement come with a picture?

Read closer. The engagement is old news, we just didn't post it here. :p

And no, there won't be any wedding pics on the board. I owe one person here a wedding pic, and he is the one who made my gown for me. HE gets a framed copy as soon as I have them. Thank you, Glam.

And with that, they're sure to succeed. ;)

So you're going to have Laurel change your name to "Mrs. Cheyenne"? Cool! :D

We have no doubt.

And no, I think that would cut down on my flirting options. I think I'll just stay "Cheyenne." I may change my title though.

Mrs. Cheyenne has a very southern mid 19th century ring to it. Either that or a children's nursery/day care center ring.

That would be tres cool.
