This is an interesting dynamic, what about meeting him in the middle? Instead of exposing yourself to others why not a bit of risky exposure? Like when he comes home from the store stand in the doorway thats in your garage naked as he brings in the groceries. I imagine it would conceal you enough to avoid neighbors but arouse him with the risk of it.
