Amber Alert Issued for 4 Year Old Texas Boy

The Houston police department issued the Amber Alert early Thursday after the boy's mother was found stabbed to death in the suspect's apartment.

Jesus Martinez Alvarado, 4 yrs., Hispanic male.

Police are looking for Avelino Martinez-Aalvarado, 31 yrs., Hispanic male, 5''08, 200 lbs.

The suspect vehicle is a 1993 brown Chevrolet pickup truck with extended cab, Texas license plane number VS2034.

Police said it is possible the suspect and child may be enroute to Laredo, Texas, where the suspect has relatives.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Houston police department homicide division at 713-308-3600 or dial 911.

True. But the ones that always seem to be stabbing one another are fresh from the border. They know they can just run right back then come back later when the heats off. I live not only in Houston but in an all Hispanic area. I hear about it all the time.
