need help desperatly

I have just submitted a very long (30,000) word story. However, because of my own clumsiness, the chapters of the story are not in order....(the title was changed in a few submissions from A Political Education to Political Education. I discovered the error(s) only after the submission was entered (it is now listed as Pending). Is there a way I can just unsubmit and then resubmit the whole thing OR will LITEROTIVA make the necessary changes (they are obvious)?

Thanks for any reply.

I would think that you will have your story rejected for errors and that you will have to make the corrctions yourself. The site receives thousands of stories a month (an estimate only), ald Laurel does not have the time to go through and make corrections on things like this. Especially when the stories are as large as you say.

If it's still in pending, you can click on the pending link and re-open the document. Well, that's if you sent it as a paste-in-the-box. If you didn't, and you sent it as a Word/rtf attachment then I guess a pm to Laurel would be your best bet, explaining what you've done so that she doesn't need to read it. Note I said pm and not email. Sgt Wiklund is right though in that Laurel doesn't have the time or resources to amend your story for you - that'll be down to you.

But if you did submit the story as a paste-in-the-box, you can re-open the document, and scroll down to where it says 'delete' and get rid of it. Then you can go back through your story and make the necessary changes before posting it again.

Hope you manage to get it sorted out.

By the way - I'm a bit flummoxed as to why you resurrected an old post to make a post of your own...
