When you're done with a regular telephone call you "hang up" or "ring off".

What do you call it when you terminate a cell phone call?

Well people "hand up" portable phones as well, even though you just push a button to disconnect the call. So I just use that standard term for all phone line disconnections. even when disconnecting from a dial-up internet connection, which really has no way of "hanging up".

Not sure what you are asking, but on a cell? I End it - AKA I press the end button or I close the call by closing my cell. :) Thats me.

Bloody good question, never thought of that! How about a ''press up''? A ''push off''?

I don't know.

Close up? As most folk flip closed the cellphone when they're done.

Does most people even have a foldable cell phone? If I manage to flip mine, it means I just broke it in half. :)
