Ten Tasks

Okay, I have a story idea but I need some help.

The basic idea is a college aged guy is bragging about his talents with women to his friend/roommate. The friend doesn't beleive that the college guy is quite as suave and talented as he is claiming and challenges him to a bet.

The man must complete ten tasks of various sorts.


My problems are:

1) What should the tasks be?
I've considered going down the route of challenging him to have sex with a variety of different types of women. An older woman(Possibly a professor) a teenager (I know, can't post that here) women of different backgrounds, races etc.

2) How would the young man doing the tasks be able to PROVE he had done them?
Part of the challenge of course would be that he could not tell the women he was using of the challenge and he couldn't use his girlfriend in the tests. So he could not allow another party to watch as proof.
He could videotape it but, considering most of the women would be strangers or barely know him, they aren't likely to agree so videotaping the task would become as much a challenge as actually seducing them and convincing them to do what he wants.

3) What's the payoff if he succeeds? If He fails??

First question... Does it have to be 10 tasks? Like are you working that into the title or something?

Answer/reply to your first question... You've got some good ideas of various aged women and different walks of life. Maybe he bags "the chick from the wrong side of the tracks" for shits and giggles? And then he moves on to Billy Joel's "uptown girl"? And then a professor, like you've mentioned. Could be a challenge to bang a professor to a class he's currently in. (After all, if a professor has morals they won't date/fuck their current students.) And, just a reminder to ya... 18 and 19 are teenagers. That's why they end in teen.

Answer/reply to your second question... Right. The women should not know about the bet. (Besides, many would slap the guy in the face if they found out he "chose" them because of a bet and not attraction.) Obviously the g/f is a no no. She doesn't even have to be in the story unless you wish to complicate this poor guy's life. (I'm sure a g/f will be a detail the reader won't care much about.) And, he could still video tape the acts. Ever hear of secret video taping? Cordless web cams? Digital cam corders to make MPG clips online? Lipstick cam or other small cams? It could be a challenge to get the women back to his dorm/apartment, or he could do them where they feel comfortable and have a hidden cam on.

Answer/reply to your third quesion... What's the payoff? Saving face? Not being a man, I'm not sure what you guys go through from adolescence to adulthood. But, from what I've seen, read, and heard many males feel they "have something to prove", especiall around their peers. Maybe there's a physical posession the guy wants and the friend agrees to hand it over?

And if he fails? Shame. Ridicule. Teasing. Maybe some kind of physical "punishment" to humiliate the guy for having bragged in the first place?
