i am no expert, but like them with just the right amount of kick. juicy and dripping is also a good thing. i do not like dried out and crispy.

I like baked but they take so long. Deep fried is good too.
Bdubs has an Asian sauce that is my favorite.

Deep fried, crispy.

Louisiana Hot Sauce, melted butter, Italian seasoning. (Garlic, basil, oregano, thyme)

I like my Wings with coffee. You do not want your Wings without coffee. Just trust me on this one!

;)

Crispy skin, dunked in sauce hot enough to make my lips tingle and then burn.

I stopped in a pub north of Tampa, Fl. and ordered "hot wings". They were so hot I could not eat them.

Wings n Things is fantastic in Anchorage. Crispy. I go through a roll of paper towels. Actually, I end up just washing my hands and face when I'm done. I cannot eat these in the car on the way home. It's either there or bring the bucket home.

Heat level: Nuke.

I'm dying the next day.

I've tried to make them before. All that deep frying, then baking with the sauce. What a hassle.

I once had a pair of magnificent wings, with a span of about 12 feet. I got into trouble when I took the daughter of the King of Phoenicia for a joy ride. When they caught up with us, the King was going to have me killed, but the Princess begged him to spare me. So, he just had his men cut off my wings. On rainy days, it still hurts.

Cajun wings at the Peanut (Penis) Farm are crazy good, too. Dry spiced and crispy, but not dried out. Not for the faint of heart or tummy.

I had them once, because right there on the menu it said Voted Best Wings in the State, or some such...

I didn't think they were hot enough. :(

I'd best duct tape my lips if I try your spicy wings!
