How many do you have?

Videos? DVD's?

Your favorites.

What do you recommend for a romantic night at home.;)
JL:kiss:

Hi,

Have about a hundred.

VCDs (Video Compact dics) & DVDs. Don't have a video player anymore.

I only purchase favorites, like movies a lot. So I don't have a particular favorite.

A romantic evening at home huh! Haven't had those for a long time now. I guess a homecooked dinner would be romatic for me.
You chop the vegetables and I cook. LOL.

Promise that after eating, you'll not land in the hospital ;)

Are you that bad of a cook? :D

What movie would you recommend for a romantic night at home?

LOL

No I'm a fair cook, not a gourmet one, but passable. Although no ladies have the chance to try it out yet.

A movie to recommend...How about 'Rat Race'...its funny, and it has romantic elements.

On second thought, one might get in the mood with something like 'Crimson Rivers', a good thriller never hurt when she clings on to you during the scary parts!

I can't really say until I know what the girl likes in movies...

Hmm...well my VCR broke and I only look at DVDs now. I never bought any VHS...I dubbed about 30 pornos and owed about 10 bootlegs. I would use the rest of my fam's tapes they have close to a hundred.

As far as DVDs I only have 7, all pornos....I just rent DVDs when I want to watch movies now...

I don't have very much of a video collection because I'm not that into movies. I'd say I might have ten, mainly anime. Romantic evening at home? Turn off the damn TV and dim the lights, add some candles :D

I have about 100 DVDs most of which are action films with a few porns, comedies, music videos and Powerpuff Girls on the side. For one of those few and far between romantic evenings at home I'd probably use Romeo + Juliet.
The only time I use a VCR is for porn and I'd guess I have about 30 of those.

Depends on the lass, really.....

However, from my limited experiences, watch Thelma and Louise...missed half of the movie, didn't mind.....was fun.

I have 450 plus DVDs. Everything from BenHur to some really wierd porno titles...

My favourites are Goodfellas, Heat and Braveheart...

For a romantic night at home An Officer and a Gentleman or Hi Fidelity...

Hello, k.

I haven't seen Hi Fidelity, although I love John Cusack. I totally agree with an Officer and a Gentleman. The ending is total romance.

Mr Wolf's collection is going to shrink dramatically the next time I go for a visit:D

As for my own.......I only buy Music DVDs or tapes.....Movies are a one watch throw away job..

So about 50 all up....No romantic ones to suggest .sorry:)

I keep a catalogue on my puter of all mine... just in case. Also the insurance company asked for it...

On a totally different track, I love the song in your sig line SilverVeil. I sang it a few months back at the funeral of the wife of a good friend. The lyrics are beautiful...:rose:

I have hundreds of kid movies.

Does that count?

Snow Dogs and Harry Potter come out this month,so my count will go up.

Funny you should mention that... we have been talking about renters insurance. We have ( rough estimates ) Video game systems : $1500
Video games : $8000 DVD and VHS : $2500 Home Theater System : $1500 Collectibles: upwardsof over $10 thousand or so at current market value. And that is not even touching our book collections !!! I smelled smoke the other day and we were totally geeked out all night with worry. We are far from rich, hell sometimes we live paycheck to paycheck and replacing all this would be a very very very long next to impossible undertaking. But we buy what we like when we can afford it, and always try to buy on layway when available.

My favorite movie to watch by myself, in the dark..."Blade Runner"

Romantic night at home...
candle light...music...bottle of wine...
I want to sit across from her and talk about things she loves to talk about while I watch the glow of candle light glow on her face. Music in the background to set the mood...soft music...a song like "Ribbon in the Sky" by Stevie Wonder comes on at an apropriate moment.

With a movie...
Sitting side by side on the couch...casual...relaxed...watching...something i care little about because eventually I'm going to kiss the girl...then we'll be making our own love story...
