Americans are notorious for their famous pearly whites, now I brush twice a day and all that , but im just wondering what home remedies people out there have to keep their teeth really white, ive heard of using baking soda, any other suggestions?

Have it professionally done the first time by a dentist then you can maintain it with baking soda, hydrogen peroxide or whitening strips.

1. Take a teaspoon of lemon juice and a tsp of salt. Make a paste. Apply this on the yellowish tint.

2. Use the inner white part of an orange peel to rub teeth for a white shine.

3. Take half teaspoon of bi-carbonate of soda mixed with a little water to form a paste. Rub this on your teeth.

4. Dried & powdered Bay leaves combined with dried orange peel is an excellent whitener.
