ROLE PLAY TITLE: LOST
(figuratively “lost”, not plainly)

RULES:
***You may have up to two characters, three if you can handle.***
This role play is not dedicated to Teen Titans, so…do keep in mind that the world is being perceived through the eyes of the villain characters. Heroes ARE welcome, of course.
You can take a pre-existing character or you can make one of your own. Feel free to role play demons or devils or gods, if that’s what you want.
Please, add your characters here in the OOC and provide a description (profile) of them.
Please provide…
Name: (birth name and alias)
Age:
History: (includes family back ground, if they have any)
Gender:
Sexual Orientation: (If you want, I don’t care)
Species:
Powers: (or capabilities)
Personality: (so we know who or what we are dealing with)

***Pick a color. Any color, but one color per character and one that has not been taken already.***
The dialogue of the characters will be color coded so as to help avoid confusion (it happens).

***Character responses need not roll out like scenes from a movie.***
Several scenes can take place at once and often do. If you wish to introduce your character, you do not need to wait for an entry position.

***You may NOT add another character's response if that character does not belong to you (or you haven't signed up for).***
You must ask that player first, personally, either by asking in the OOC or private messaging them.
To avoid confusion and hostility, please mention this exchange in the OOC. Thank you.

Setting: Evil is afoot and is gaining high ground once again in Jump City. This time, the main evil is of a more demonic nature, and it’s causing the residence to believe that their beloved city is CURSED (DAMNED even) and those who had remained had been transformed into something, beings that they can’t recognize.
Jump City has reverted back to the hell hole it once became; only this time it intends to stay that way. The city is no longer the place it used to be, that is a given, but the prevailing darkness makes it a home and a tourist ground only to the lawless. Violent crimes, vandalism, and drug use are by far the most prevalent.
This role play is a spinoff of the TTGB Next Gen and Teen Titans GenderBender AU. It takes place about a decade later, and this time the story is focused around the villain characters.
This time’s for real, this will be a thread dedicated to the villains of Teen Titans, Justice League, etc. This role play is primarily for "the under dogs", "the dark horses", etc.
I also feel inclined to inform you of the other two role plays spawned by my friend, UnseenMaiden: TTGB Next Gen:Inertia and TTGB Next Gen: The Gathering Storm.

LIST OF PLAYERS: (subject to change)
Faux, Mephistopheles, <--GothicVampire

SPARE CHARACTERS:
Azazel, Lilith, Anubis, Satan (Not villains, no black/white ideologies)

Allow me to place my cards onto the table…

Here is a SPARE...
Name: Azazel
A prince of hell, who is not only a demon but a god as well. He is one of the main/chief princes of Hell at that.
Azazel is not evil contrary to beliefs. He assisted Queenie, but she abused her powers which lead to her downfall. Him being "evil" is merely myth and total slander of his name.
In this role play, he assists BG and brings her back. However, she has no recollection (no memory) of her previous existence.

Which leads us to MY MAIN HAND...
TT_Gender_Switch__Beast_Girl_by_turin_the_forsaken.jpg

(The purpose of image above is for reference only.)
Name: Leila “HANDMAID” Faust (once known as Geraldine Logan, aka Beast Girl.)
Reaper? Greenie? Bones? Bag of Bones? "Null Moon"? Call her whatever you want. She usually goes by the name “Faust”, a German name which means “Lucky”. Leila is a name that means “Night” and “dark beauty”.
Alias: THE HANDMAID--> Faux (NOT Beast Girl)
Age: physically appears 18+
Race: Not important as being the “Living Dead” or being considered a clone by some. However, she is generally a “Succubus” (according to current human belief systems) in this life rather than a mutant human, in other words “a pure demoness”. “Succubae” is what inspired vampires, not the other way around. She is NOT a vampire, though.
Her soul was retrieved from Mephistopheles and then resurrected by Anubis as a request, but as to who was completely responsible for this remains unknown. One speculates that was reformed out from the ashes of her old body, but this is not so. She could not return to her old body, so she had to be given a new body fashioned out of and from the pit of hell itself (or so Azazel claims, who is being honest) and it was the gods that had cloned her old body and fashioned her a new and more immortal form (not completely immortal). Her physical appearance was created by the DNA of her soul which contained the memory it had, meaning that her current physical appearance is merely that of an imprint in time or coincidence. Her soul could not remember much of her prior existence, however, hence why she appears so young, and likewise she vaguely remembers the Teen Titans. And since her “savior” remains unknown and out of the picture, not to mention she serves a higher darkness (and light) alongside other demons (she is NOT a slave, she is merely sticking with her own kind).
Personality: She is like how the OLD BG used to be, before she met the Teen Titans. The only difference is, is that she toned down the humor, her wit is dry and darker, and her depression shows (though she’s not overtly angsty).
Faust is “passive aggressive” yet comes off as being more serious than the old BG. Moreover, it is highly probable that she is suppressing her memories, and one can gather that much when she refuses to be compared with the “old” her. She tries her best not to be as psychotically dramatic as her previous self, though if you manage to push her buttons she will open a can of “woop-ass” on you once her patience has ran thin.
She is NOT bouncy, hyper, or any of that. She can, however, prove herself to be an idiot.
Appearance: Unfortunately for her, she retained that green pigment in her skin, as well as her long, elfin ears (CLONING). She’s often seen wearing casual to Gothic-styled clothes.

Powers: Shape-shifting, magick or her ability to cast spells and pass through dimensions or open doorways to other worlds (thanks to the teachings that Azazel gives to her).
Past: That is something she will have to recover herself, that is, if she is willing to.
Current Existence: Is considered a SLAVE to the dark force, to Azazel in particular, but that is NOT true (as I've mentioned before). Her mission is to help combat foul souls (detrimental entities) rather than simply defeat “the bad guys”. This means she has to KILL and trap her targets rather than apprehend them and hand them over to the police. Naturally, the Teen Titans and the League perceive her as a BAD GUY.
To further the pain that is her existence, despite being a pupil to Azazel, Faust is also despised for working for Lilith (who protects her and comes to her aid, especially when she is in BIG trouble), who is often lied about by right path religions. Azazel, Lilith, Anubis, and many others have been lied about, so naturally everyone considers Faust an enemy for her allegiance with them.
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual
Status: Single, though not necessarily looking. Oh, wait—I meant “Villain” (although she is more of an Anti-hero). She won’t hesitate to BEAT the color red onto any so-called “do-gooders”, especially when and if they stand in her way. To her, these "hereos" are narrow minded fools who know absolutely nothing yet still present themselves to be a problem.
Family: Deceased (or has none), with the exception of the son who murdered her (in her previous life).
Likes: …Surprised to say, she actually enjoys eating MEAT in this life and is not the vegan you knew in her previous existence (and she can’t imagine how her previous life went on existing without eating meat).
Dislikes: Being called “Beast Girl” and being associated with her. It’s a BIG “no-no”, and it’s something that others do that tends to frustrate her. She also hates wearing any shade of color that clashes with her skin, so usually she sticks to wearing black and NEUTRAL shades. She refuses to wear purple.
Crushes: She does not currently have any, and she isn’t psychotic enough to obsess over Revan (who she pretty much feels iffy about in this life).

And here is my Wild Card…
Name: Julian Icarus Logan (hence why Mephisto refers to him as “JIL” and “Jillian”)/ Mephistopheles (is called “Vladimir” or “Vlad” by Alice, which is a false name).
Alias: Grimshaw (No longer “Shadow”); Satan (but not the Satan of this dimension/universe, who has no connection with Neron or Lord Satanus); Yin; The Devil; Trigon; Master; “Skath” and “Ddrez”; Trigon The Terrible; Neron; Lord Satanus; etc
Age: AGELESS
Race: Demonic entity, god (it’s cannon unfortunately), eternal
Personality: Callous, methodical, deceiving, calculating, selfish, and narcissistic. He’s trouble with a capital “T”, and his deranged perception of the world causes him to be an elitist (in other words, he is a condescending asshole). His dual nature causes most to question his motives, but let me assure you that he has his own agenda (whether for better or worse, though usually the latter). If he is not “befriending” you (putting to use his charm and silver tongue), then he seems rather aloof, numb, and unsympathetic. In fact, he could “give a fuck” about anything, so generally he has a “devil may care” attitude about things these days. His sense of humor, when he is not being totally deadpan, is cynical. He also enjoys toying with his victims, whom he regards as his “play things”. This makes some in the league to believe that “Queenie” had rubbed off on him.
In the main, he comes off as emotionless for the most part. His unfeeling character is perhaps one reason why he, at last, has control over his powers.
But Jules is not “evil” for the sake of “being evil”, although his actions speak differently.
The cruel rejection he had suffered (most, if not all, his life) had ultimately warped his mind to where he does not think accordingly to what is considered “normal” or “healthy” by the societal terms. He has done a heel-face-turn, reverting back to his old sadistic ways of wanting to watch the world burn.
Appearance: Julian is a shape-shifter, though originally his complexion is pale and has a green hue. His ears are elfish in appearance, his face youthful yet handsome. He is a Peter Pan-like figure, who possesses the god-like physique of Hermes (the Messenger god).
Powers: He is a demon-god from another dimension. In actuality, from a mythological and esoteric perspective, he is a trickster god and he is negative, selfish, narcissistic and malevolent since evil truly does NOT exist. I will tell you that he is a practitioner of the Dark Arts, has the ability to shape-shift, knows esoteric knowledge like the back of his hand, and is considered indestructible. However, like most beings in existence, he is not completely invincible and one can destroy his body (though not his essence). If you manage to extinguish his physical form, you have managed to thrust him into a weaker state of actuality, since his dark nature only seems awake and ever prevalent whenever he has a physical form. Why is this? Because when he is purely that of essence, his presence is expanded and his conscious state of awareness is thin and scattered. In other words, he has returned to his original state.
Still, to make life easier, I copied the list of POWERS he has off of solid sites…
Super Strength, Blast Power, Divine Powers, Size Manipulation, Dimensional Manipulation, Hypnosis, Energy Absorption, Reality Manipulation, Immortal, Invulnerability, Telekinesis, Intellect, Energy Manipulation, Soul Absorption, Attractive Male, Insanely Rich, Stamina, Tracking, Leadership, Healing, Magic, Unarmed Combat, Telepathy, and Flight.
Past: S/He has had many incarnations, Trigon being one of them. Trigon, however, came into existence AFTER her/his fall. S/He was not always the monster you see before you, or the fiend in and of legends. Trigon, once upon a time, was a good and kind person who went by another name. In truth, s/he is the incarnation of a higher force, connecting him/her with the universe itself. One could very well say that s/he is personification of darkness rather than being simply evil or a typical villain, and darkness is not always a negative force yet it is often one to reckon with.
In short: The legend of how Trigon came to be was not necessarily true, but not altogether wrong either. Moreover, Trigon is not merely Trigon anymore since Julian’s absorption of Neron and Lord Satanus, which took place before he became a Titan.
This being has had many names before, and was only known as Trigon during Revan’s (Raven’s) existence (before, though not after). S/He became known by the name of Julian during her next incarnation, and who then DIED and became Mephistopheles (or “Mephisto” for short).
This is where things tend to get confusing. Mephistopheles is another persona, who is viewed as a split personality due to a psychosis disordered. However, that is not exactly so… Rather than being born again “the ol’ fashioned way”, Mephisto is actually a “walk-in”. That is, he is a fragment of current Trigon/Jules’ over-soul (true self), one from either a past life or future existence that took over this current physical form right after he resurrected it from beyond. Nevertheless, Julian and Mephisto manage to share the same body, coexisting with each other at the same exact time. It is a paradox that baffles many (the Martian being an exception) and eludes rationalism.
To make sense of these matters, consider Mephistopheles as the product of the merging of Neron, Lord Satanus, and Trigon who emerged (or awakened) after the death of Julian.
He is also responsible for Beast Girl’s sudden and tragic death, whom of which he had a relationship with that resembled Orestes’s own mixed feelings towards his mother (though their story is, by no means, the same). To spell it out: Julian killed his mother in cold blood due to his own convoluted mental state toward her. In effect to his underlining predicament, he needed to be rid of her in order to gain the control he so desired. Controversially, this event occurred after he left planet earth. Now, I bet you are wondering “How he achieved such a goal when I read in the role plays that he was literally sent to the dark side of the moon for his crimes?” That is a mystery that some of our heroes are left to solve, but I will tell you this… A “wormhole” was involved, moreover lays his ability to shift through dimensions psychically via astro-projection. Of course, the league cannot punish him for his crimes, since they have no proof to testify against him with. For the meantime, Beast Girl’s death has been ruled out as “suicide”.
But what about his father, Revan? Mephisto/Jules has made no attempt to establish a connection with him, although he has an idea of where he is located.
Sexuality: He has a hedonistic view on sex and relational affairs, though usually he disposes of the person after a “good fuck”. Male or female? He does not care. He is pansexual and can take on any gender and form, let alone being a hermaphrodite overall (originally).
Songs: “Orestes” – A Perfect Circle; “The Outsider” – A Perfect Circle; “The Quiet Place” – In Flames; “Fade Away” – Breaking Benjamin; “Lights Out” – Breaking Benjamin; “Blow Me Away” – Breaking Benjamin; “Suffer Well” – Depeche Mode; “March of Mephisto” – Kamelot
I highly recommend you read to the lyrics to the song “March of Mephisto” by Kamelot.
Likes: Mephisto enjoys creating chaos, along with warfare, bloodshed and lustmord (gets sexual gratification from death).
Dislikes: His parents, has a love-hate affair with mortality, and structure (systems and their guidelines).
NOTE: Julian is not to be confused with Satan/Lucifer, rather he is an enemy of the original gods of human kind. He is seen as an INVADER by the other gods. Neron and Lord Satanus have no affiliation with the original gods, rather they were pesky enemies. Angels are foes in this role play, because they are the ones who sow seeds of deceit and torture humans.

That is all the characters I will be having.

Faust will need a partner (or partners) in crime, a role (or roles) of which is up for grabs.

Awesome! Good to hear from you again. :)
I hope they're still around. >.>
(Yes, if you wish, you may bring in Kestrel. Feel free to introduce any characters, though remember this is a darker role play. I hope it will be, that is.)
