Hello authors

I have entered a thread which I wanted to entitle "The Toast of London" in the Sexual Role Play section of the board. I mistyped the title to read "The Tost Of London." I know how to edit text but cannot change the title of the thread on the forum. It may not be possible;but, I was wondering if anyone here might be able to help me.
Thanks

I am sorry, my friend...I think it's stuck. I don't know a way to edit a thread title.

Sweetp4u, ARaynes, & Paendragon are the moderators of the SRP forum. If the title can be changed, one of them would be able to do it -- vbulletin does have the capability, it just depends on whether it's turned on for moderators or not.

At the very least, they could delete the thread and you could start it again.

There is a short time interval... maybe only a couple of minutes... when I've been able to correct a thread title. You cannot appear to correct it yourself after the thread has been opened.

I don't think there is a time interval. I think it depends on if anyone else has looked at the topic yet. If there is a time interval, it is probably the ammount slotted for how long you stay "logged in" after your last click on a forum link.

It could always be a combination of both though.

Thanks again to all of you for your prompt assistance. It is encouraging to find the community so helpful.
