Technical assistance is needed ..again

I swear i have no idea why my ipod hates me but its giving me problems again.

Its an ipod touch and its stuck on rating the songs. I cannot access m library on the device itself. I click 'done ' and nothing happens. HELP!

do a hard reset like this: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
