Interesting concept. Lots of ways to use it.

You could skip the infidelity angle, and just make it about a couple who are obsessed with their stats. They increase the intensity of their lovemaking every day, trying to beat new challenges and set new records. Until one or both of them die of a heart attack.

Or, back to the infidelity angle, it could be used in a trial to prove that one spouse cheated on the other, thus nullifying a pre-nup and allowing the wronged partner to receive a windfall of cash.

Or maybe a rich (or just insanely sexy) woman, trying out suitors to see who can raise her stats the highest during lovemaking, the winner being the one she will take over all others.

or a "fitbit" type device that measures number of lovers, orgasms, intensity of sex. Very competitive couple reach as far as they can go with just the two of them. so they try a threesome, a foursome, a moresome, and random other lovers, all to see whose score is highest.

I'm not familiar with how a FitBit shares information with others. However, I saw a funny meme where a guy went into the bathroom and his wife noticed his FitBit suddenly spiked up 1000 steps. When he returned to the couch, she asked, "Jerk-off much?" Similar concept, I guess.
