If everything else fails and you can't get in the right mindset, then you can always think of dominating him as a way to pleasure him and submit to his wishes.
Other than that, do the things to him that you like when he does to you.

Ask him what he likes, and do those things. Don't just do the things that you like done to you. Find out what he wants.

There is no real way to teach you how. Either you have it in you or you don't. Since you identify as the subbiest kind of sub, acting as a Dominant over someone who has dominated you, will prove to be a very difficult thing for you to do.
However, if you were to Dominate him by submitting to this desire to be Dominated by you, then he retains the control and what you are doing is simply following orders. You are Dominating to please him. So HE is the only one who can instruct you on how to do that. I suggest you talk to him about what he expects of you when you Dominate him and let him know that you need his guidance until you are sure of what he wants from you. He can't expect you as his sub to be able to jump right into a Dominant role, it goes against your basic nature.
