Email me! I know of about 8 free ones I can get and there are more every day. Only if you are so far in the boonies that you need to use your local phone company for your provider should you have to pay. You can also do a search for free Isp, free web, free net, etc. Just to get you started here are 4 big ones; altavista, freewwweb, juno, and excite. All of them offer free isp plus extras. Remember to check and make sure the dial up number isn't a toll call.
