I just got my paycheck and I'm more deeply than ever annoyed at the tax system. I'm tired of paying for other people to go to college or fight wars or collect SS or have healthcare.

*beats head against desk*

I'm going to go and beat up a Democrat right now. It'll make me feel better.

Just don't drive on any publically funded roads to get to said Democrat.

But you don't mind paying Halliburton for services they don't provide for a country we demolished with munitions bought with... more taxes.

Or for the 21% or so of your taxes that pay interest on the debt we've run up so you can drive your 4WD SUV on those finely paved, well maintained, ice free roads payed for with taxes.

Will you complain when that interest reaches 50%? It'll exceed 100% by 2076. You might as well just start making your tax check out to the bank of China.

Did I say that?
*looks back into the record*
No... no, I guess I didn't.

My roads are finely paved and well maintained? HA! And my Z71 is so much more than a 4x4.

I'll do that promptly after the Democrat-beat-down.

It's really a much bigger problem than what you are saying, Joe. Factor in free housing and health care for somewhere between 12 and 20 million illegals, unnecessary farm subsidies (you pay twice as much for milk than the rest of the world) the idiocy of Ethanol in gasoline, support of an unnecessary and illegal war in Iraq (what's the interest payment on $1,000,000,000?) and the export of 70% of the production assets of the United States.

The democrats raise taxes but cut out or cut back on the unnecessary. Republicans borrow from the Chinese and Indians so the Democrats are still having to deal with the interest payments on foreign debt during your grand childrens lives.

Which is worse?

That's true.

Not always, can you /really/ not think of examples of Democrats creating and supporting the unnecessary--or do you really think they only promote the necessary? (I mean, how many of them voted for Iraq? How many did not vote to end Iraq?)

Republicans borrow from the Chinese and Indians so the Democrats are still having to deal with the interest payments on foreign debt during your grand childrens lives.

Worse? I think the Republicans are worse--these days. But I have to start the beatings /somewhere/, darlin'. It's like when you have kids you have to beat... do some might start with the most offending son, I prefer to work my way up from the lesser of the two evils.

When's the last time a Democrat cut back on anything? Michael Moore (yes, I know he's not elected to anything) is advocating open borders to anyone who wants to come here (even for an hour) and free health care for everyone. I'm sure that won't cost much.

This is Chicago, home of the Democrats, land of the crooked. Where Todd Stroger became head of one of the largest, most profitable counties in America because his dad had a stroke (and they lied about it to the public). There has never been a tax they didn't like (and Daily plowed under an airport in the middle of the night to build a park there, but said it was because of terrorists *pullshairout* ). He just announced he's instituting a $.10/bottle tax on water. Seems company's sell a lot of it and Democrats just figured out that cigarrette sales are declining. "Got to have a few million to hire that business to *add bogus job here* . . . my nephew needs a job."

The Democrats are buttfuckers. And not the good kind.
