I have tattoo's one on my wrist in scroll saying Carpe Diem meaning 'Sieze The Day' I had this done in memory of my Grandmother who always made the most from her life and other people around her. I also have a black rose behind my ear just because I love roses. More to come too.

And I am definately not 'white trash'!! That's a very dated and stereotypical view as many people use tattooing as an art form to express themselves. Times have moved on maybe you should too!

I love tattoo, I have 10 and they are very addictive.

I think it depends on the tattoo and the person if it looks nice or not. Mines are all feminine tattoos and don't look like a cheap hooker with them all over.

My old man had tats...a longhorn and flag of Texas...but they seemed tacky to me.

I have a better reason for not wearing tats...identification. Its a nifty way to ID you.

So tats on guys: doesn't bother me. Tats on chicks: I'm fickle. Chicks: poor placement and or poor design/choice = blech. Tats on tit, pubic area, chest, belly, face (non cosmetic) = terrible placement. Fairies, butterflies, dated tribal shit = unoriginal. Oddly enough I don't mind tramp stamps.
And as with anything hot chicks can get away with a lot and they don't get any less hot. The reverse is generally not true.

if someone doesnt agree with your opinion on tattoos...let it go. It doesnt matter.

For me, it really depends on the type of tattoo. Well placed, well done, well thought out tattoos can get me excited, but there are enough cringe-worthy ones to keep me from making any sort of blanket statement.

Im a bit into body mods, so id be interested in getting a tattoo simply to see how it feels like. A lot of thought, but may be getting one this summer that deals with my own cultural background...something small, and something discreet.
