I have, over time done a quite detailed list of scenarios. Here are a couple to get the thread going

Not 100% sure what you are asking here OP - do you want tasks or punishments or both? To me they are very very different. For example:

Tasks might include (I realize these are all pretty obvious, and depend heavily on where the submissive is on his or her journey, but just to get us started, in a theme of "Go to work and..."):

Punishments. Now here there is going to be lots of variability. Some are very mentally oriented, like:
