And it is great that they used the that melody , since here are the lyrics to the original song which seems fitting too here.

Depeche Mode People Are People Lyrics

Songwriters: Martin Lee Gore

People are people
So why should it be
You and I should get
Along so awfully
People are people
So why should it be
You and I should get
Along so awfully

So we're different colours
And we're different creeds
And different people have different needs
It's obvious you hate me
Though I've done nothing wrong
I've never ever met you so what could I have done

I can't understand
What makes a man
Hate another man
Help me understand

People are people...

Help me understand
Help me understand

Now you're punching
And you're kicking
And you're shouting at me
I'm relying on your common decency
So far it hasn't surfaced
But I'm sure it exists
It just takes a while to travel
From your head to your fists

I can't understand
What makes a man
Hate another man
Help me understand

Freelove is another song from Depeche Mode, where I feel they are basically supporting the GLBT area bigtime. Or at least that is how I analyse the song.

Yeah, sorry back on topic. Target are a bunch of homophobic arseholes. And it is such cases, that your extremely beautiful national anthem The Star Spangled Banner(I love the anthem of yours), gives me a weird feel, with its last line,O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!. But to me the real brave people here , are those who fights against the injustice of all the GLBT area. Over in USA. If I have offended any one with that statement, about the weird feel, then I do not honestly know if I should feel sorry, since it really is just my honest and actually humble opinion.

Sadly, SCOTUS has made it very clear that people aren't important. Actually, they've also made it clear that precedent isn't important, and that the constitution isn't particularly important either.
I think when individuals, history, and the constitution are no longer significant, you are really done with anything resembling the United States.

I have NO doubt that when they eventually hear arguments regarding gay marriage, the first thing they will consider is how this affects Wal-Mart and Big Oil

What the hell are you talking about?
