The Mid South U swim coach is tired of losing the annual meet with arch rival Northern State College. A firm believer that sex the night before a meet drains swimmers of energy, he hatches a plan.

Both teams are staying at the same hotel.

He convinces the team captain's hot girlfriend to sneak into the room of NSC's star swimmer to seduce him. She uses a pass card he bribed a room service waiter to loan them. But half an hour later she's back reporting that try as she might, he had no interest.

Coach muses for a moment. If he wins this meet, his team goes to Nationals and he might get a bigger offer. So he offers $1000.00 to the nerdy male team student manager to take one for the team...

I think you might be better off making it the coach's hot wife that seduces the opposing team's star!
I think that might seem more plausible than a teenage girlfriend. you could even make the coach's job depend on the win which would give the wife even more reason to seduce the star. Maybe even after she gets a taste of young meat she might go for other good players.
