This is a thread I am making for the story Taking on the World, Together.
The plot is that there is a couple who are in love. The story begins with the man proposing to his girlfriend. Soon after their lives together begin, things start to go wrong. The world seems to be against them. No matter what they do, more goes wrong. Their relationship is tested and strained to the limit, but they stay strong together. With eachother they are able to make it through everything thrown at them.
This OOC thread is needed because we will be needing guest writers at various times to come in. The purpose of the guest writer will be to understand the situation of the couple and come up with something that happens to them to challenge them. Please, don't all of you just make a character and try to seduce one of the two main characters. Come up with something original, maybe a little unexpected, and that would really challenge their relationship. For example, someone could come in as a burglar who breaks into the couple's home and steals all their valuable items. We can discuss the ideas in here and confirm who will be a guest writer and when. There is no invitation to just randomly join at any point. We want guest writers because of the unexpected aspect, and the added dynamic, but we don't want annoyances.
If you would like to possibly be a guest writer at some point, feel free to post in here and let us know. For those of you who don't want to be a guest writer, but are interested in the story idea, I hope you enjoy reading it.
