Taking in a family after ?

What little I remember:

Guy takes in a neighboring family (mother and two daughters) after some sort of disaster destroyed their home... Maybe a tornado? The father of said family, I think, was killed in the disaster. Guy ends up in a sexual relationship with at least one of the daughters, maybe both. He might've nailed the mom, too, but that part is fuzzy. I want to say that there was red hair involved, but that might be two half-memories blending together.

My apologies for not having more detail.

No Name or Author - But I remember some stuff

I remember reading this a few months ago. Don't know the name or author; Sorry.

Things I remember:

At the beginning he takes in the 2 women (Daughters/Sisters).

They find their parents in the hospital. Mom isn't too hurt. The dad later dies of a stroke or something.

Main Character lets the mother and daughters live with him.

I believe the main character is Mid 20's. The daughters around 18 years old.

I believe 1 of the daughters starts to learn nursing But I could be wrong.

I think the Main Character mentions something about how his house wasn't damaged but he went outside and a couple of houses down their is just devastation.
