Reminds you of California where voters killed same-sex marriage with a constitutional amendment, and state officials refuse to enforce the constitution.

Potheads oughta go to the Supremes, cuz state officials refuse to enforce violation of Federal Law.

What would the Supremes do? Support violation of Federal Law?

I thought the debate/questioning on the abortion clinic buffer zones was pretty spirited. Chief Justice Roberts apparently didn't speak. Will be interesting to see how that ruling comes out.
