Acting US attorney general for the state of New Jersey Alina Habba has directed federal prosecutors in New Jersey to return to protocols in place before the 9/11 attacks in New York City.
Habba has ordered that effective immdiately, all federal information regarding federal crimes and investigations be "siloed" from New Jersey state law enforcement officials. Federal employees are to have NO contact with State law enforcement at all.
This protocol was in place for over two decades prior to the World Trade Center terrorist attacks and the lack of communication between agencies greatly helped terrorists carry out their successful missions.
