That's pretty much what I said in the second post on the thread.
I may be mistaken, but I think it's just incest or near incest. By that, I mean something that is not legally incest, but involves two or more persons with a familial relationship. I have seven stories in the category and one involves a brother and sister. That is strictly incest but four of the others are a man and his wife's nieces and two are a man and his stepdaughter. Those six would be considered taboo.
