Abbreviated version: 60 y/o SWM going to the "Toyman Show" and thinks it would be more enjoyable to attend with someone instead of solo. Platonic only so long as you are between mid-20's and mid 80's and are fit enough to walk aisles and aisles of stuff for a couple hours is pretty much the only requirement I have.
Longer version: Been divorced a few years now and unfortunately life is still a bit too busy for me to responsibly become socially active on the dating scene but I do miss it. I'm going to be going to the "Toyman Show" in St Louis on Sunday, 9/26 and was wondering if a female here was planning on going as well. If you're interested in games, toys, movies & TV shows from roughly the 50's-90's and also enjoy going to flea markets and yardsales this event is pretty darn cool. There's a couple of floors of tables with all sorts of items. Here's the website if you're not familiar: https://toymanshow.com/ which can give you a better idea.
Basically looking for some company/conversation while wandering around for a couple hours. I haven't been to one of these events since COVID but this is a pretty impressive event. Just looking for someone at least mid/late 20's on the lower end and able to wander around up and down stairs on the upper end. Someone in their 50's/60's would probably have a bit more in common when chatting about games, toys, or TV shows but not really that important.
About me- coming in from out of state, 5'9",190 lbs, keep pretty active and fit, still have most of my original hair and teeth and when needed still cleans up pretty presentably. If we both have a pleasant time I'd be open to going somewhere to eat afterwards, especially if there is a decent sushi restaurant a reasonable distance away.
Regards to All!
